Almost the same problem here.
I've got 3 6.0.1 servers, replicating 2 databases.
After 1 or 2 replications, the servers begine complaining "you are not authorized etc."
When I clear replication history, and disable the "replicate or copy documents" flag for the servers, repliacte (doesn't work) and then re-enable the flag it works for a while.
